About Tioman Island
Tioman Island lies off the east coast of Peninsular Malaysia, in the South China Sea. It's a nature reserve, surrounded by pristine beaches. The area is renowned for its stunning dive sites, featuring corals, sea fans, sea sponges, and historic shipwrecks. The island is covered with lush tropical rainforests, providing a habitat for butterflies, lizards, and monkeys. On the east coast, the Juara Turtle Project serves as a hatchery dedicated to protecting and studying sea turtles. • Health Requirements: No heart problems or other serious medical conditions are allowed.
• Private Tour: This is a private activity exclusively for your group.
• Minimum Travelers: This experience requires a minimum of 16 participants. If the minimum is not met, the experience may be canceled, and you will be offered an alternative date, a different experience, or a full refund. 
• Luggage Policy: Each traveler is allowed 1 suitcase and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized luggage (like surfboards, golf clubs, or bikes) may have restrictions. Contact the operator before booking to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable.
• Littering & Smoking: Prohibited inside the vehicle.
• Children Policy: Accommodation is free for 1 child under 6 years sharing the bed with parents. For children 6 years old and above full rate will apply. 
• Guarantee Policy: The full stay amount is payable in advance at the time of booking. The Barat is not liable for any ferry cancellation due to weather conditions.
