Travel Genius Sdn Bhd (“The Company”) operates this website to provide travel-related services. By using our website or purchasing our services, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions (“Terms”). These Terms comply with the Tourism Industry Act 1992 (Malaysia) and other relevant Malaysian laws.
1. Booking, Reservation, and Payment
1.1 Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability.
Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as specified.
1.2 Deposit and Balance Payment:
1.3 Failure to Pay: Non-payment of the balance by the due date may result in forfeiture of the deposit and cancellation of the booking.
2. Promotional Packages and Special Offers
2.1 Promotional airfares must be issued within specified timeframes.
2.2 Amendments or cancellations of promotional bookings may incur additional charges. Full cancellation charges apply once bookings are confirmed or tickets are issued.

3.2 Third-Party Services: Additional cancellation charges may apply for cruises, hotel bookings, or airline tickets per their respective terms.
3.3 Company-Initiated Cancellation: If the Company cancels a tour due to insufficient participants or unforeseen circumstances, customers will receive a full refund.
4. Amendments to Bookings
Amendments, including name changes or rescheduling, are treated as cancellations and rebookings. Applicable cancellation fees will apply.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 No refunds are issued for unused services such as flights, accommodations, or tours.
5.2 Refunds for cancellations initiated by the Company will be processed within 30 working days.
6. Travel Documents and Insurance
6.1 Customers are responsible for ensuring their passports (valid for at least six months from the date of return) and visas are in order.
6.2 The Company is not liable for visa rejections or denied entry by immigration authorities. 6.3 Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended.
7. Group Tour Requirements
7.1 Tours require a minimum of 15 adult participants. The Company reserves the right to cancel or postpone tours not meeting this requirement.
7.2 Customers will be notified promptly of any such cancellations.

8.1 Registration and Payment: Registration is confirmed only upon full payment before the specified deadline.

9.1 All prices are quoted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and include 8% SST unless otherwise stated.

10.1 The Company is not liable for delays, injuries, or losses arising from unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to political unrest, natural disasters, or acts of God. 10.2 Customers must comply with all local laws and regulations while traveling.
10.3 The Company reserves the right to refuse service or cancel bookings for non-compliance with these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
